Me and my husband went in there about a week ago and he ordered Cod dinner . I’m not sure if the waitress was New because I’ve never seen her before but service was not the greatest. My husband wasn’t very hungry that day and still had over half of his meal left. When the waitress came over, she asked if he wanted a box in which we told her yes at that time I also placed a to go order for my daughter that was at home. After several favorable recommendations from friends, my family and I visited Hayden’s Crossing for the first (and last) time this evening.
Horrible - and rude- service and very mediocre food to say the least. My chicken was very dry and tough.
Our waitress only visited our table twice; never introduced herself, did not offer refills on our drinks and was very “short” in her tone.
I highly doubt we’ll be back to give Hayden’s a second chance.
I am from the area and I like to support local businesses.
That being said, the service we had tonight was absent at best. The beginning was good, received our appetizer and first round of drinks fairly quickly. That was pretty much the last time we saw our waitress in regard to service, till we asked for the check.
