I must say, this has to be the worst McDonald's in Illinois. Every time I visit, it seems they can't get even a basic order right. Just attempting to order two items results in mistakes every single time. It's frustrating! The staff taking orders in the Drive-Thru appear to struggle with even the simplest requests. Honestly, it might be more efficient to place a self-service tablet outside to avoid the confusion caused by human error.

We ordered 2 mcchickens, 2 small fries and a large fry. One of the Mcchickens was fine, but the other one had pickles like the Mccrispy, but with big Mac sauce and lettuce? No specialty order at all. Very confusing. At least the guy we got it for liked it 🤷♀️

I was at curbside pickup in the morning and had to wait 10 minutes and the kid who gave it a tall kid blonde hair named Dominic just basically threw me the food and walked off.
Went on 9/11 lots of kids due to early dismissed. Always clean

My husband went an hour ago (around 10 pm) to get some shakes. We only live 10 minutes away, not even. He waited that long and the person came out and said they've been closed for an hour and shut the lights off for the drive thru. They had a LINE and no one bothered telling anyone that they were closed an hour early.
