It sounds silly but this is one of the nicest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. It’s super clean &the food was honestly cooked perfectly. Every time my husband and I visit my parents, he gets McDoubles from the drive thru because he swears they are the best! He’s right! :)

Very great establishment. The attendance was a lovely lady and was so nice to me and my friend. My order was made within about 3 minutes, keep in mind I ordered a root beer, ice water, and a donut. Within past experiences with this branch they would sometimes mess up an order. Overall great time would come again.
Me and my family enjoy McDonald's here in Wilmington. The wait time is usually not long at all. One of the managers there, Octavia, is beyond kind and has excellent customer service skills. I know when she is there nothing will be missing and the service is going to be great!

Honestly, this place absolutely sucks. Customer service, employees, and management. If you’re thinking of stopping by, don’t. Just drive past and go to Burger King.
We placed an online order to try and beat the line because we have baby appointment. We’ve regularly came here and every experience is the same. I’m starting to think that the staff is picking on us at this point because as soon as they see our car, they already point us to park, even for a 2 item order. Was hoping to hurry and grab something to eat before the appointment, and the wait was overly long today. We had the same gal come out and tell us it was gonna be a longer wait twice! My husband decided to go inside for the refund and no one was at the counter or decided to help him. I don’t know what our they did to our food—but it’s soggy, old, and had been sitting out.
We go to McDonalds for something small, fast, and convenient before our baby appointments. Nearly all 26 appointments we’ve had. The same experience. Wouldn’t doubt it if they spit in our food today all over simple wait.
