Very great establishment. The attendance was a lovely lady and was so nice to me and my friend. My order was made within about 3 minutes, keep in mind I ordered a root beer, ice water, and a donut. Within past experiences with this branch they would sometimes mess up an order. Overall great time would come again.

Me and my family enjoy McDonald's here in Wilmington. The wait time is usually not long at all. One of the managers there, Octavia, is beyond kind and has excellent customer service skills. I know when she is there nothing will be missing and the service is going to be great!

Honestly, this place absolutely sucks. Customer service, employees, and management. If you’re thinking of stopping by, don’t. Just drive past and go to Burger King.
We placed an online order to try and beat the line because we have baby appointment. We’ve regularly came here and every experience is the same. I’m starting to think that the staff is picking on us at this point because as soon as they see our car, they already point us to park, even for a 2 item order. Was hoping to hurry and grab something to eat before the appointment, and the wait was overly long today. We had the same gal come out and tell us it was gonna be a longer wait twice! My husband decided to go inside for the refund and no one was at the counter or decided to help him. I don’t know what our they did to our food—but it’s soggy, old, and had been sitting out.
We go to McDonalds for something small, fast, and convenient before our baby appointments. Nearly all 26 appointments we’ve had. The same experience. Wouldn’t doubt it if they spit in our food today all over simple wait.

The management at this place & the staff need a wake up call. You are in customer service & while the customer is not always right as a matter of taste, there is also performing a job to satisfaction. This place does not have that & there is no consistency other than the constant messing up of orders. This is now the 5th time I have tried to order a frappe with espresso in about a 6 month time frame. Not to mention, our orders usually get messed up in some way. Every time, the machine is not working. I guess this is like the ice cream machine dilemma at other McDonald's. We all know this is about the staff not wanting to clean the machine afterwards. You machine is not broken for 6 months and if so then it needs to be replaced. Please fix this issue dear upper management.

I must say, this has to be the worst McDonald's in Illinois. Every time I visit, it seems they can't get even a basic order right. Just attempting to order two items results in mistakes every single time. It's frustrating! The staff taking orders in the Drive-Thru appear to struggle with even the simplest requests. Honestly, it might be more efficient to place a self-service tablet outside to avoid the confusion caused by human error.

We ordered 2 mcchickens, 2 small fries and a large fry. One of the Mcchickens was fine, but the other one had pickles like the Mccrispy, but with big Mac sauce and lettuce? No specialty order at all. Very confusing. At least the guy we got it for liked it 🤷♀️
