I was a manager at McDonald's for years, and took pride in it, but could not take pride in this one. Everything we order they forget the customizations of the food. I asked for extra pickles at the window, because I could not order them on the app, and was told they have to charge me...after I already paid...did the same thing on the kiosk the next day ( it has slightly more options), and those extra pickles were 5cents...I'm all for paying what I owe but when the app...

Been coming to this McDonald’s my whole life but moved outta town and I hands down would rather drive to Wilmington to get McDonald’s each time because how great it has been recently. Whatever changes were made…good job ? spot on every
