Food was pretty good other than the fact that I had to reheat my entire order when I got home. Let me back up. I placed my order online, where some of the options REQUIRE you to pick a sauce, which you are then charged for(no option to omit). I get to Nelly's 10 minutes early to pick up my order, attempting to go through the drive through. I sit at the intercom for 7 minutes trying to get anyone's attention as per requested on the outside sign to no avail. I pull up to the drive thru window which no one is manning and sit there another 5 minutes, to no avail. So I decide to go in to pick up my order, which I then have to wait on line another 20.... yes 20.... minutes before the first person in the current line order was taken. Another 10 minutes before my turn final comes up and the lady hands me my order. My food was sitting on the back counter the entire time since I stood in line(found out after I finally received my order). Not exactly sure if there was something I could of done differently as it was my first time there. Not sure it should take 40 minutes for me to grab an already paid for and prepared food order. I'll try again some day but not any time soon.

Food was great! Price was fantastic! Portion was SUBSTANTIAL! I would recommend this small establishment for sure! Get the 1/2 burger with bacon ? and dress it as you please. You can't go wrong.

Awesome service, decent burger. Fries were good and I loved the "onion rings" however, they are straws or strings - which is why, I loved them. The hotdog failed. For some reason the people in the Midwest think toppings make a good dog ...not!

Ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a small order of fries the small sack of fries was half empty. Then get home to see that the pulled pork sandwich barely has any meat on it. Sad because usually they have great food. Definitely disappointing tonight.

Ordered take out tonight..I had the patty melt. Requested it cooked medium rare...it was well done and very dry. The rye bread was not toasted at all so with the blob of grilled onions in the middle, sandwich was a sloppy greasy mess. My son ordered a barbic burger...the bacon was burnt and the burger so dry he could barely swallow it. Finally for $3.09 an order for fries you should at least get the bag full...we received 2 half full bags of fries. Won't be back until I'm in the mood to get ripped off again.
