Horrible ! Ordered a beef pocket , extra cheese . This thing was like a big cheese stick add beef ! There was BARELY any type of beef in this thing . Not to mention it tasted like …. Welll it really had no taste at all ! COMPLETE waste of money wouldn't try it again for free !

We ordered online for a delivery order. After waiting for over an hour when the restaurant was only supposed to open another 20 minutes, I called to check on our food and was told it had been ready and sitting there for awhile waiting to be picked up. There was obviously miscommunication somewhere. I’m not sure why we didn’t receive a call after so long of it not being picked up, but oh well. So they wanted to bring me the cold/old food that had already been sitting for at least 45 minutes at this point. They said they would remake it after a little bit of attitude from the person on the phone. We then got put at the END of the deliveries and had to wait over another hour to get our very cold/very old food. When I called the next day, they claimed they did remake the food but that the driver had to go 30 minutes in a different direction and then back to me. Being that it took 3 hours to eventually get out food that was inedible, the whole $15 credit we got back on over $40 order the next day was insulting.

Update @Owner: I would be glad to explain. Is there a way to contact you Directly?I have been a loyal customer for years but not anymore. They clearly don't value customers or loyalty. There's plenty of other pizza places in Wilmington. I highly recommend giving others your business instead.

Garbage pizza no sausage no cheese lots of sauce pizza was not even cut 26 bucks for garbage a frozen one would be better people leave this place alone I'm convinced there no good food in Wilmington

Edit: I do appreciate the owner taking time to address the issue and resolve it. Thank you for relaying this information, and for your quick response. It really does make a difference!Very disappointed in this place. We had become very loyal customers to Pizza For U, ordered from here quite often.So they have this deal where if you save the pizza tabs, you can exchange 10 of them for a free 12 inch cheese pizza. They've said that it is only for the pan or thin crust, but we prefer the double dough. In the past, we have asked if we could get the double dough with this deal, and just pay the difference, which we had no problem doing. When we had first asked about this, the employee I spoke with wasn't sure if they could, he checked with the manager, and the manager approved it, said yeah that it was fine. We gave them enough business that we were able to use that deal a few times.Now, all of the sudden, they refuse to honor that. The manager insists that is not something they do, and says that is something they never should have done. It is only a few dollars difference, so if they are willing to lose good customers over a few dollars, then that's on them. It is just a shame that they seem to not value customer service anymore. Needless to say we will not be giving them anymore business.
