Such a fun, cute place! The beers were good and the bartender, Mark, was awesome! Our whole family loved the game room and the great food. My daughter loved the hearts in the girls bathroom ❤️ We’ll definitely be back!

A small locally owned brewery located along the legendary Route 66 in the small town of Wilmington.Inside and outdoor seating available..plenty of parking. You order yourself . Menu is available at the bar or thru a QR code. They offer lagers, fruity sours,IPAs along with ciders and seltzers.I knew I wasn't going to stay long I just tried their RT66 Old Wilmatucky lager 4.6 %. Light and refreshing. They offer 2 sizes of beers along with flights.Food is available thru Nelly's which shares space with the brewery. For a quick stop along Route 66 or after a day on antiquing in Wilmington, give them a try and support a local business .

Stopped in as I passed through town. The reuben was delicious and the Mango Is Our Middle Name Berliner Weiss was so good I had to buy some to bring home.

I assume this is the Nelly's as well with the good hamburgers. Only place of value in the area. My son and I had. Good hamburger and fries. Good beer very reasonably priced. Good service up front at bar.

I want a brewery, or I want Nelly's, not both in the same place. I don't like the new setup with Nelly's at all.I'm trying to enjoy my beer and there are families with obnoxious kids running around and tweens eating burgers. A family friendly brewery is one thing. This is something else entirely and it ruined the atmosphere that made it so great in the first place. Because of these reasons, this will no longer be a staple when I get out and about.

We're from Cincinnati and have visited a lot of breweries there (it's an incredible beer town) and Old School Brewing stacks up to any of them. The ambience is cozy, with lots of great Chicago sports memorabilia throughout, but the beer is the real draw. We've tried a variety of them and haven't had one we wouldn't order again. The Millrace Porter is a favorite. We come here whenever we're in the area. Highly recommend this place.

Great drinks and a fun place to hang out with friends. I love the new game room. They have darts, shuffleboard, video gaming and games, as well as some board games to keep you and your friends occupied. I suggest a stop by here if your in town!

When we were enjoying our staycation in Illinois, we headed out to do some fishing down in Braidwood.Of course, we always try and find a local watering hole, preferably a brewery if possible, and RT66 checked all the boxes! My Dad made the whole route 66 years ago, and it was great to be able to share our time here and reminisce about not only his trip but this road that truly watched our country grow and develop. As far as brews go, they were pretty tasty. We only had two but were pleased with our choices. My husband said his porter could have had a little more coffee punch but still a good flavored brew. There are tons of things to do, our 16 year old son definitely dug playing some old-school video games as well as killing us in shuffleboard. Tiki toss, golden tee, and even slots for over 21 if that is your jam.The coolest thing was the buy someone a beer tally board because they even included the trades! While my husband is a plumber, he didn’t partake in one, but I love this, and teachers too! Pay it forward with a beer to some of the hardest working people out there! That truly is embracing the spirit of route 66!
