Worst customer service I have ever received went early enough to beat the crowds walked in there were maybe 9 people at the bar. Got a table sat there for 10 to 15 minutes the bartender never acknowledged us never asked if we wanted a drink. A regular walked in she immediately said hi to him. It was not. Usy enough where the bartender could have came and asked us if we wanted a drink. So we took our business elsewhere where we were not ignored

The atmosphere is great, the patrons are nice. The issue that I had was waiting on my food and drinks. I ordered the catfish and waited for an hour and a half. I finally had to ask for a refund, I couldn't wait around for any longer. I was told by an employee that the cook quit that day. Not my problem it's theirs.While trying to order drinks , I waited 30 minutes, while the staff skipped me a couple of times, I guess they had to serve their friends or the regulars first.I'm a very understanding person, but this was ridiculous.

I am from out of town and came down for catfish days !! The staff was very friendly and the bands were amazing. Catfish dinner was amazing. I will come back for sure.
