Had a very long drive from Adams County to go pick up a friend. He was like we have to get some food. I missed Jacksonville somehow but ended up in Winchester and picked Peppermill. It was definitely worth missing Jacksonville. Workers were very friendly and made great suggestions. Fresh food was made gave us a nice place to get out stretch our legs and the slushy I had was amazing perfect for the hot day. I dont travel much but Peppermill will always be a place I will go back to. Lots of families with kids very relaxing and safe atmosphere. Great job Peppermill Grill & Chill.

sorry, went in and ordered a to-go order and paid when I ordered. Only to stand there and watch them give numerous orders to people walking in who ordered over the phone and hadn't paid yet. Other customers' orders were put in front of mine, sitting at the counter waiting for people to come and pick up and pay! and I waited at least 20 minutes and finally had to ask about our order. there was nobody in there when we walked in. Had I known that I had to wait for all these phone orders, I would not have ordered. then gave a tip at the time of order; not deserved.

This would be a nice place with out Kim their. She is a dayshift lead who likes to harass and cuss at the teens that work there. Very disrespectful has in leadership and working with kids you should teach them. Not impressed at all.

Peppermill Grill and Chill: a restaurant sent from above. I can truly say that my experience here could not have been better. The food, phenomenal. The staff, phenomenal. Everything about it, phenomenal. The aura of Peppermill is indescribably jubilant. This restaurant is genuinely the cream of Winchester crop. Peppermill is a first-class restaurant, and I will be recommending it to everyone I meet. Although it is 2 hours from the place I call home, I would make the drive any day. Peppermill will always have a special place in my heart!
