We really enjoy coming to Windsor Pub. The is always great. We usually start with their fried mushrooms. we have already booked the back room for a group party.

I will start off by saying we enjoy eating at Windsor's Pub normally. They have great food and very friendly staff but last night was not good on the food side. Our waitress was wonderful for being super busy. We actually wanted to try the special but they were sold out when we got there at 7pm. We ended up ordering a couple sandwiches. The sandwiches were barely warm and took forever to get to us. My wife tried the Grinch Po boy and it was covered in the Grinch sauce that was the color of a Christmas tree and was very off putting to look at. I had the Patty Melt which was ok but you could tell it had been setting for a while.

Our party of 12 enjoyed a fabulous dining experience. The appetizers were delicious - we had fried mushrooms, onion petals, spinach artichoke dip with chips, and cheesy jalapeno poppers. The entrees were served quickly and piping hot. The fall specials of bourbon apple butter burger and the apple butter pork chops were especially tasty. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality and the quantity of the food served. The staff very graciously and perfectly accommodated our request for seating due to mobility issues for some in our group. And of course, it is always fun to watch the "robot" deliver drinks to the table! We will go back often!

My wife and I ate there last night. We split and order of the boneless wings and the tenderloin sandwich. The wings were chicken nuggets not boneless wings. they were hot and crispy. The tenderloin was hot, crispy but the coating was heavy, was too thick and lacked flavor. The real issue was the price, the tenderloin was $14.99

Food was amazing as usual. Was sad to see that the fried pickles are no longer on the menu. Our waitress never returned for drink refills or a second alcoholic drink. They didn't bring salad dressing with my salad. My boyfriend ate his entire ribeye, brussel sprouts and rice before the waitress came back to the table to check that we had everything we needed. I'll go back because the food is the best around. Really disappointed in this experience though.

I never leave reviews and I'm super sad to be leaving this one! A friend recommended Windsor's Pub and I was super excited to try it. We were sat at 6:51 pm, ordered by 6:55pm, and were told at 7:38pm (almost an hour later) that our order was never placed. We had to completely reorder because it had been so long that our server had forgotten what we had even ordered.
We were very understanding, reordered, and asked to speak with a manager about the bill. Our server told us she would grab the manager for us and that she placed the order.
Another 15 min later, we still did not have food and had not seen a manager. I grabbed another server to ask again to speak to a manager, and we finally told there was not one there.
I told this server the situation and asked to find out how much our bill would be comped prior to bringing our food out because we did not want to pay full price after waiting over an hour for our food (had been at the restaurant for over an hour and a half). After speaking with the manager, the server came back to tell us that they could only give us 25% off because it was a "busy night" and they "ran out of things". We reiterated that the reason our food was over an hour late was because the server never placed our order and not because of the restaurant being busy or running out of ingredients.
The server then got an attitude with us when we said we would instead be eating elsewhere (at 8:30pm after now waiting 2 hours for food).
We would love to have this issue resolved, but will be highly recommending against going to this restaurant until then.

Our reservation was on time & ready. The service was exceptional. Waitress was very nice, helpful & checked on us frequently. Food was delicious. Prices were very reasonanle. Will definitely go back.
