Recently visited with my family over the weekend, because we were craving ice cream. Really like how clean and nice this Dairy Queen is. The folks working there were great too. Didn’t go much in the past because of how it was kept. Will Definitely go back.

After taking over new ownership there are tremendous improvements in Quality Product, store cleanliness & customer services. I would recommend to visit this store & will go again to this store. Also there are no cash discount or credit card fee any more & they do accept all kind of credit card.

As a local resident and ice cream lover, I have been going here for years. Unfortunately it just keeps going down hill. The soft serve is never cold and always mush. The employees tend to be rude at times and most importantly, their uniforms are just gross from days and days of built up ice cream stains without being washed. Not at all what you want to see from someone making your food. Lastly, the store is dirty and not well kept. The DQ in Wheaton and Warrenville are both much much better in every way. The Warrenville DQ is excellent and worth the drive.

I don't understand why you folks patronize this location. It's disgusting inside. That and the so called owner replies with the same apologetic nonsense, and refers you to contact the corporate owners everytime you leave a comment and a 1star review.To the so called owner try taking responsibility for your own disgusting store. Try cleaning it every night like other restaurants do. Just because you don't serve burgers and fries doesn't mean you don't have to stick to the guidelines of the health department..Also notice most of the 5 star reviews are from 3 to 7 years ago.

*Update*Went back to give them a second chance. Same thing happened. This location has no idea how to make blizzards. Steer clear if you’re expecting the blizzard you order.…I stopped in because I was craving a cookie dough blizzard. I got half way home when I realized the blizzard looked off.. I realized there wasn’t any chocolate syrup in it. Luckily I was passing a CVS so I stopped in and got some Hersey syrup. Almost ruined my night but I was able to somewhat salvage the blizzard.
