This place is terrible, the people don’t even speak English, the service was awful and extremely rude then to top it off they completely messed up my order. MOLD IN THE ICE CREAM !!!! Do not come here unless you wish to be sick and angry.

Ever since the new staff started working here this place has been absolutely garbage. They literally only have 10% of what is on their menu available. This place is dirty and unorganized and the staff is rude. Been going here all my life. They used to have tables outside and always looked forward to sitting down and enjoying some ice cream with my daughter outside. Safe to say this place is at its lowest its ever been. 0 out of 5 stars.

Worst customer service I wasted 10 minutes for stones attention nobody greeted me I was standing there very disorganized kids with her phones while working and he looked high what a disappointment I work in the food industry and I was a manager at a tacobell I would have died ahmmedd on the spot

I will never order from the place again. I ordered a two scoop strawberry sundae and I got zero strawberries. My “sundae” had two scoops of ice cream, a splash of strawberry juice (with no strawberries), and very little nuts. I’m pregnant and I was excited for my sundae this really upset me.
Horrible service and they never get our orders correct they take too long and don’t order a Banana split they put sprinkles gummy bears and small amount of chocolate syrup when you order with “everything”.

This place is a joke! This manager is definitely not following the guidelines of a baskin robbins franchise.Everytime I go here,they are always running out of something.I ask for a hot fudge sundae and they never have hot fudge,it's always some dollar tree chocolate syrup.If I'm asking for a fudge sundae..I expect hot fudge and NOT SYRUP.This manage has to get her act together.She is skimping on materials to run this baskin robbins.She should not be in business! She is also always running out of bananas.Whats up!I'm a paying customer and paying full price for your limited items on my ice cream.A call to corporate office is over due.This is a poorly managed baskin and robbins

I paid 6 dollars for a layered sundae , they put 3 SMALL scoops in it , hardly any fudge at all. And that’s basically it . And on top of that I waited a pretty long time , around 4 min for them to make it .. 100% not worth it at all, just go buy a bucket of ice cream at store !!!

I am a glutton for punishment for returning here, more than one time but it is a convenient stop for ice cream in between my boyfriend’s house and mine. However, this is the absolutely worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. The first time I stopped, I attempted to order at least 5 different sundae options off the menu right in front of me in the drive through, and they were out of everything I chose, from ice cream, to ice cream toppings. Finally, after having the guy list what they DID have, I was able to come up with something, but the guy felt so bad, he gave me the ice cream for free. Second time, basically same scenario, same missing products, which means they never carry these products (visits were about a month apart) but pictures and listings of these products still on board. Also the “hot fudge” was not hot nor like fudge at all. Third time... “open 24 hour” neon light lit, absolutely no one there about 11:00 at night. Last time, they finally got it right, but I also didn’t attempt to order anything outside of what they have had available in the past. Fudge was not hot, but tasted like fudge at least. Also, would have loved to fill out the corporate survey any of these times, but have never actually been given a reciept.
