The worst and rudest Dunkin, will go out of my way to avoid. They messed up my pick up order had to go inside and they were all laughing and haggling and had no idea anyone was there. They remade the correct sandwiches in 2 seconds bc they have everything precooked. So it’s cold and the bacon is hard as a rock and burnt. Disgusting. Do better.

Regular Dunkin customer in the area - I usually go to the Elk Grove or Bensenville locations; but once in awhile I stop by this one. Every time I go here they screw something up - missing items, uncooked sandwiches, cold hashbrowns, missing straws, long wait times, cheese wrappers left in food, etc. Once in awhile mistakes are alright but this seems to happen more and more when I stop by there. Probably needs some oversight from corporate as this location definitely doesn't meet the standards of all the other ones we have in the area.

Worst place to get dunkin, I'd advice going somewhere else. No service inside, they just ignore you. They will not make eye contact while inside. So after about 10 min of being inside by myself, I left. I would just skip this place all together, avoid at all cost. Lazy workers.
Went inside to pick up a few coffees. Stood there for well over 5 minutes without so much a being looked at. We understand being busy, but at least acknowledge your customers and don't make them feel like they're being avoided. Never coming back.

Well, where do I start?
First off, this location charges way more than any other location near by. In Chicago it’s cheaper by a couple dollars. Yes, i understand that some stores are franchise owned or whatever and can charge a bit more but in Chicago for example:
A medium Sabrina espresso costs $5.96 total. (My store) At this location it came out to $7.98. Are they insane? $2 more.
Not to mention they never get it right. I always ask for less ice and they seem to always give me more ice. I had to go inside a couple of times to make it again with less ice.
Oh and the attitude they give you when you do. If I’m paying more I better get what I ask for.
To anyone nearby I suggest you go to another Dunkin because they are greedy at this location.
