Had an incredibly uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this restaurant. The regulars were being downright creepy-- acting disturbingly inappropriate. What made it worse was that the owner was informed about this and did absolutely nothing about it.

Extremely rude and unprofessional bartender — Katrina.
We’ve been coming to this place for the past 10 years and have always been allowed to bring our well-behaved dog onto the patio. Today, Katrina completely changed that experience. She was aggressive, dismissive, and downright disrespectful from the moment we arrived. No explanation, no politeness — just attitude and hostility.
Instead of calmly explaining any change in policy (if there even was one), she acted like we were a nuisance for even asking. Her tone was sarcastic, condescending, and entirely uncalled for, especially in a hospitality role. It’s one thing to enforce rules, but it’s another to do it while making customers feel small and unwelcome.
If this is the kind of staff management is choosing to represent them, it says a lot. Katrina’s behavior completely ruined what could have been a relaxed visit. We won’t be coming back until this place remembers how to treat paying guests with respect
I just saw the owner responded but also saw that you consistently use the same respond for other reviewers, which further proves this place doesn’t truly care about its customers and is unwilling to change. For people with dogs or people who want basic customer service, please don’t come here, staff are rude, nothing will change.

“I had an amazing experience at [local bar ] thanks to the new bartender, name is Allie They bring such a great vibe to the place — super friendly, attentive, and make incredible drinks. Had a business lunch here, and ordered me some of the best Baja Fish tacos I've ever eaten on land or sea (cruises). The portions were pretty good and the guac on these very tacos were the icing on the cake. I have yet to sit at the bar and have one of the many beers on tap. That's next up. One pretty good establishment here in Wood Dale, IL. See you next time. The experience was good.

Been coming here for a while now and I love this place. I've tried quite a few items on the menu and I love the food. Bartenders and servers are friendly and attentive. Very nice looking place inside. A lot of space. Music bingo on Wednesdays and bands on Saturdays. Very clean behind the bar. Would recommend people to check this place out and try the food!
