This place is amazing we are from St. Louis and came to Chicago for the weekend and originally we were gonna go a to a Guatemalan restaurant next door since my husband is from guate but they were so rude and wanted to rush us so we left an the word azteca caught our eyes next door and we came in they served us right away and made sure we were well taken care of and I recommend the chicken I usually don’t order chicken from restaurant since they tend to be dry but nope not here chicken was great grilled and very juicy will definitely come back

Was driving ride share and in the mood for tacos. This place was the closest. Not very hungry, so just ordered 2 tacos to dine in. I was brought also chips & salsa. Wow, the salsa is Amazing!! If I'm ever in the area again and wanting tacos, I'll definitely be back!

Where do I begin! This place is exactly what I was looking for, imo it is so hard to find a good Mexican restaurant nowadays. However, I found this place and it was delicious. I had a torta de asada and it was delicious food was so flavorful. Service was great too. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very authentic Mexican restaurant in the suburbs of Chicago. Tacos de Lengua, Cabeza, Carnitas, Meat in its juice, Pozole etc.
Never been here. This was highly recommended by my Hispanic friend saying it's authentic. I was not disappointed. I had the half chicken meal with rice and beans. They bring the container with the tortillas. The chicken was so different. It appeared to be flattened like a pancake. A half chicken meal for $12.99. I could tell the marinade had lime in it, but it was slightly too salty for my taste. I tried ordering it with no salt, but she said it's already marinated. It had roasted green onions on top of the chicken. I loved the beans! They were light and creamy with a great taste and texture. How they make the beans is my favorite. I know each region has their own way. The chips were warm when they came and both the red and green salsas were very good. The music playing was a CD and showed the tracks of what was being played. It made the atmosphere very authentic and upbeat. I was on my lunch hour, and I went back to work a very happy camper. I loved this place and will definitely be back!
