We had a great experience for an event of 40 people. Kelsey was very helpful with making food selections and making sure we had the right amount of food. Delivery was smooth and on time. And the food was delicious!

We used True Cuisine for our February 2025 wedding. We originally met with them since they were one of our venues preferred caterers, but they were so incredible we would have chosen them anyways! We had excellent communication throughout the whole process from everyone we worked with, and they helped us customize our package to be exactly what we needed. The staff with us day-of were detailed oriented and made the reception run so smoothly. Of course, the food was also delicious! We had many guests tell us how good it was, and that they went up for seconds.

We hired true cuisine as our service company/caterer and were very happy with their team. We had our wedding at the Brix on the Fox and needed a company that would work with our Indian/American wedding. We had an outside caterer for Indian food and True Cuisine worked well with them to make sure everything was served right on our wedding day. We had a few American dishes and desserts through True Cuisine and all of these tasted great. Everything went smoothly on our wedding day. Highly recommend them for any occasion!

Phenomenal!
We ordered food from here for my baby shower of under 25 people. They were so easy and pleasant to work with. Lisa helped us make the order and she was happy to accommodate us in any way we needed. I even had to adjust a couple items to make them gluten free and it wasn’t an issue. Everything came neatly packaged and well labelled. I thought the prices were very fair. We LOVED the food. It was fresh and delicious. I couldn’t have found a better place to cater my party. We’ll be returning!

I used True Cuisine-Sweet Baby Rays for my wedding and I was BEYOND impressed with this company from start to finish! My husband couldn't attend our tasting due to illness so I had my mom step in last minute. Not only did True Cuisine give us an amazingly delicious sample of the menu (more like a full on meal with every dish), but they packaged up additional food of each course for me to take home to my husband. This was so completely thoughtful on their part. I can't say enough about how mouth watering their food is. My husband is Polish and the head chef even worked with us so make specific flavors of pierogis that were not orginally on their menu. Sarah, the event coordinator, was easy and fun to work with and she communicated with me to iron out every detail. On our big day, Luis, the chefs, and the rest of his crew made me feel so relaxed and well cared for. I got so many compliments on how amazing the service was and how delicious the food was. The moment that really caused me to write this review was at the end of the night when it was discovered that the person designated to hand out the tips completely forgot and left the wedding!! Luis and his serving team was professional and worked so hard even after all the guests left AND without thinking they were getting tipped!! Luckily, I found out before they left and I was able to work with Luis to make sure him and the staff was taken care of. He could not have been more gracious and understanding of the whole situation. This company is doing it right, from the food to the sevice and everything in between. I highly, highly recommend them!!!

We hired True Cuisine as our wedding caterer and cannot recommend them enough!! Not only was the food hot and amazing, the staff was friendly, accommodating and communicative. They went above and beyond with the details — From the cute bride/groom napkin folds to the way the wrapped our leftovers to go. Our guests raved about the food and service. The food was spectacular (we're still getting compliments) and the service was great. On the wedding night, the shift leader checked on us, got to know us, and helped make it the perfect night. We just used TC for our wedding over the weekend. We are still hearing from our guests and families how AMAZING the food was! Everything was cooked perfectly. Service was fast and wait staff were attentive and kind. I really enjoyed working with Meghann and her team throughout our wedding planning process. The food was the STAR of our wedding because of True Cuisine! We had cocktail hour hor devours that included tomato soup and grille cheese shooters, crostini, peach skewer and meatballs and a buffet that included pancetta stuffed chicken, brisket, potatoes, asparagus, rolls, and a berry salad. And everyone we've spoken to since our wedding has immediately shared how delicious our food was! Not the mention the staff was so attentive and friendly! Our guests were SO impressed! Leading up to the big day, the folks at True Cuisine were so responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process! Jacob, Lauren, and Sarah Claire were all a delight to work with. I cant' recommend True Cuisine enough!

Used TC for my own wedding as an 11+ year wedding industry professional. They knocked it out of the park, and exceeded every hope and expectation we had for both food and service. We received nothing but praises for the food (especially the short ribs!) and every member of the staff was kind and accommodating to our every need. Special thanks to the event manager Alexis for serving my husband and I all night, and to our event director Annie Schmidt for being a vital reason as to why our event went off without any hiccups.
