We had a great experience for an event of 40 people. Kelsey was very helpful with making food selections and making sure we had the right amount of food. Delivery was smooth and on time. And the food was delicious!
We used True Cuisine for our February 2025 wedding. We originally met with them since they were one of our venues preferred caterers, but they were so incredible we would have chosen them anyways! We had excellent communication throughout the whole process from everyone we worked with, and they helped us customize our package to be exactly what we needed. The staff with us day-of were detailed oriented and made the reception run so smoothly. Of course, the food was also delicious!...
We hired true cuisine as our service company/caterer and were very happy with their team. We had our wedding at the Brix on the Fox and needed a company that would work with our Indian/American wedding. We had an outside caterer for Indian food and True Cuisine worked well with them to make sure everything was served right on our wedding day. We had a few American dishes and desserts through True Cuisine and all of these tasted great. Everything went smoothly on our wedding day....
