No issue with the food here, however, service is AWFUL. I have ordered food here 3 times recently. All 3 times thru the app, I select pickup in store ASAP and then it is still a good 5 to 10 minutes before I get there. Out of these 3 times, my food has not once been left on the take out shelf. I stand in line a good 5 to 10 minutes just to be told my food is still being prepared (mind you, all I order is a single sandwich). Each visit, is like the blind leading the blind..every customer complains about their order and it takes 3 team members to discuss a missing drink for about 3 minutes. I will never come to this location again.

Terrible service!!! Food is cold 85% of the time. They forget at least 2-3 items every single time we come here. The staff argues with you about what you order even when you have a receipt to show.I will definitely be going to another one no matter how far the distance. They should really start hiring capable people. It’s not hard to work fast food and give someone what they ordered.

Like most fast food restaurants today, the absolute worst service. I stood at the register for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged in was there. After I couldnt get a drink out of the crazy mix everything together machine, i went back to the counter to ask for something different to drink and waited another 5 minutes. My fries tasted like they were made 2 hours earlier.

All was well except for how the workers were treated. Manager? was very rude and impatient with the workers who were trying their best to have everything run smoothly. Some other customers noticed and comforted workers just as my partner and I did when we were handed our food. They also never pick up the phone lol. I applied here and never heard back, I definitely dogged a bullet.

It is always hit or miss if the team gets our order right. Taco salad was missing the chili and had cheese when I asked for no cheese. Burger had mayonnaise after asking for no mayonnaise. Asked for toddler toys and received regular ones. I know it sounds picky but it is annoying.I would have taken it all back and asked for a remake but that is a hassle. Check your food before you leave if you asked for modifications

Triple Baconator because it was what was needed. Adorable staff as it was the 22nd of December and cute outfits all around. Great to see the veteran staff, all gals smiling and doing their best. Sammich was amazing!
