Went there to celebrate my 7 year olds bday, out of the 14 dishes, we found hair in my grandmother’s cheeseburger, my niece’s Mac and cheese in the original and the replacement, my mom’s salad in the original and the replacement, mixed into the tortilla chips in the combo platter, my sons chicken fingers with fries, and the bday boy’s vanilla yogurt with strawberries, the strawberries were all rotten. My mom, sister and niece’s (all blond) hair were all pulled back. My grandmother’s (gray) hair is short. My boy’s (white blond) hair is super short and I’m bald. All hair we found was blond (longer than any blond hair at the table),or brown. The manager on duty was clueless on what to do. Would not make a decision without consulting somebody higher. She claimed everybody in the kitchen was bald but yet we were pulling hair out of the dishes in front of her and the waitress to show them and prove that it wasn’t ours.

Waitress was forgetting a lot of what we ordered. Had to ask for refills multiple times. Slipped and fell on the floor because there was no wet floor sign. No one asked if I was ok. But they did run and grabbed a wet floor sign. Great job 👏

The food was cold, nobody came to our table to see if we needed anything and the customer Service was horrible and the way they treated the few good employees that they have was even worse.
Shout out for offering Veterans a free steak meal on Veteran's Day. We enjoyed a wonderful meal and my guy was made to feel appreciated and honored. Thank you for this gracious gesture.

I got 3 bowls of fr onion soup and look how full they filled them, it’s ridiculous! I paid 5.79 per bowl! Will never go to this Applebees again!
