The toast was hard as a brick! The strips turned into nugget size. Fries were definitely old and hard as well! Nothing good anymore about this place . New owners really screwed up. They’ll be gone soon. Eat at your own risk. Bethalto location not much better.

Girl what is this. I went to go order my food and I order the Sauce and Tauced Garlic Parmesan and as soon as I got my order I opened the book and got a view of this slop in a box. What is this Dairy Queen? Do we not care about the effort we put. They literally just poured the whole sauce dispenser all on the chicken strips and even used the whole sauce container! And they didn’t even cut or care to make my bread look like it normally does. And they were busy but not busy enough to not be able to make it look not like a slop in a box. Even a door dasher came in complaining that he’s been waiting for his food for almost 30 mins

I ordered my large number 7 meal for the flamethrower and as you can see in the picture it literally only came with meat and cheese. Didn't get my large drink or the cheeseburger I ordered along with the meal because they closed at 930 and I ordered at 929 so after I paid and was handed only a fraction of my meal I couldn't go back through the drive thru or enter the lobby. Absolutely pathetic.

Horrible. Ordered 2 - 4 piece chicken strip boxes. The chicken was undercooked, the gravy was the consistency of water and didn't taste like gravy, the bread was stale and had started to mold. The only thing right was the drink..... Barely. Wood River location was not a good place.

Went at 9:28pm, two cars in front of me get their orders in. It hits 9:30 and they tell me they are closed… what kind of service is that?

None of the workers know how to make a decent cheeseburger or meal in general and Its ran by 16 year olds who are rude and entitled.

Tight parking. Service took a long time. Food took longer. Soda machine was out of syrup for Coke. Unsweetened tea was out. I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and was hit in the face by a spiderweb as I walked through the bathroom door.
Kids enjoyed their dilly bars and kids meals.

Normally when I come here to the food is good but their wait times have become ridiculous the past couple times. 10 minutes plus without any vehicles moving so I finally just drove off which I rarely ever do

Several times I’ve asked for hot fudge in my ice cream and have gotten mounds of it where it just tastes like chocolate. Tonight I got a blizzard with no fudge and they put fudge.

Food is usually okay but this place is always so horribly SLOW! Been sitting in line for 30 minutes, at the window for 15 of them and there has only been 5 cars here including myself.
