Been going to Franchise for a long time! Can't beat the weekly specials! The food has always been good. Atmosphere is always great and I enjoy taking my daughter for dinner especially if there is a cardinals or Blues game on. Service can be hit or miss especially during the busy times which I understand that. If I go for pizza on Mondays I try to beat the 5:30 rush and the same goes for the wing special on Wednesday. It can get packed in a hurry but totally worth it!

Waited 25 minutes to be waited on and then another 30 minutes to get 2 pizzas while other people who were waited on after us received their food and pizzas before ours was brought out.

My waitress was on top of it! Service was amazing and she was juggling about 6 other tables at the same time. Never had to ask her for anything she beat us to the punch! I got the Monday special pizza and for the price I’m blown away at how good and cheesy it was! Also got the Cobb salad and it was good! They had the football game on and TVs were everywhere so I didn’t miss a beat! Nice environment! I recommend this place to anybody who wants great service, good food!

Food was great. Our server however was the only server making sure all tables had their food and drinks... Even from the bar. After a certain time in the evening, you get to watch old creepy men hit on the staff, or customers, because of how they dress. Making everyone who notices the interaction uncomfortable. But when anyone says something all you hear is "yea, that happens often here". I won't go there alone, that's for sure.
