My husband went through the drive-thru and ordered a Hardee's Breakfast Platter, he asked if he could replace the meat with an extra egg and they said no so he said okay give me an extra egg anyway... the platter came to me with one biscuit and one egg inside of it and nothing else they left the hash browns out the meat the extra egg but I was still charged for a Breakfast Platter and an extra egg SMH and they don't want to replace it either!!!I am fuming hot mad!!!! hire some capable workers!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place. I arrived at Hardee’s at 9:16 waited in line for about 10 minutes before I had to ask if they were open on the inside because they kept looking at me like I was in the wrong. I had to come in to get a remake order because I made the mistake of coming here before and they messed it up. I got helped at 9:25 and didn’t get my food until almost 9:35. I had a person waiting in line and then leave because they were waiting for so long! If I could I would rate 0. Seriously.

Ordered a meal that had cole slaw, but received no utensils to eat it with. Had to wait over 5 minutes for the order and there was no one else in line before or after me.

Went through the drive through today (12/28/2024) and placed the order at 10am. The 2, yes 2, people we saw looked confused like they didn't know what they were doing and very slow. We sat in line for 20 minutes (ticket was cashed out at 10:21am), just for the order to be wrong (ordered a monster biscuit meal and Frisco breakfast sandwich meal; got 2 monster biscuit meals) and all but cold, so I'm not even sure what the hell they were doing...... problem is, we have an appointment and didn't have time to mess around with it. This used to be a really good spot but it has gone so down hill...... makes me sad cuz I love Hardee's.

Good evening! I arrived at this location to see no cars in the drive thru coming or in front, so I pulled in. The customer service worker was kind of dry at the speaker as if we interrupted her with our order. I had to repeat my order several times to make sure she rung it in correctly. Once I pull around to the window I see that the young lady at the window quoted my total, but didn’t respond when I said hello upon arriving at the window. That was no big deal I shall digress. I then waited for her to hand my drink and order to me. I specifically asked for one of my medium Sprites to have no ice, but once she started handing me my drinks I felt they were all full to the top with ice, so I reminded her that one of the medium Sprites was supposed to have no ice. Instead of her taking the drink back and replacing what I asked for which was no ice her response was, “You didn’t say that!” My response back was yes I did and she proceeded to walk away from the window to continue her conversation with her friend in back. I thought that was rude of her not to replace the drink, but to make sure she let me know I didn’t tell her no ice. I then drove around front with all my drinks in hand, my receipt and change in hand. Upon arriving inside I received the same response from the young lady with the puff that I was mad because she put ice in my drink and I wanted my money back. I’ve never seen or heard anyone speak loudly about a customer so blatantly. Regardless of what the issue is I would think that after spending $31 that you could just get the drink no ice you asked for, but this young lady wanted to get her point across by continuing to speak out loud about the situation, which I didn’t want to speak to her about. I just wanted my money back. All of this over me not wanting ice in my drink is beyond me, but no worries. I will not be returning at all! Thank you to the blond haired young friend of hers and the young lady with the puff. I appreciate the manager apologizing for what she did, but her behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed.

Frisco burger with xtra cheese. Everything on the burger was cold accept for the bread they just toasted. Cheese wasn’t even melted. Boy right into cold cheese. This is just pure laziness!

This Hardee's used to be good but our last 2 experiences have been awful 😞 We went for lunch today and the service was Terrible also our food was cold and not how we ordered it. I think we will avoid this location for a while...

This location is a train wreck...
Spent 96 dollars on 6 people, first check was 33 minutes... the "shift leader" said as she put the bag on the counter "I think it's all there". This statement gave us little confidence in the order accuracy. After checking we were missing 2 drinks, Frisco and lg fry. It took they another 15 min watching them take care of the drive-thru to come up with the missing items... of course by this time the entire order is cold... If I had not already paid, I would have left. On the positive side.... almost half of the sandwiches we ordered were made correctly! SMH
Not to mention the disgruntle employees that you can hear in the kitchen the entire time they prepared my order.
And the filth just in view from the counter...I wish I had taken pictures.
The police even came in....because their order was wrong.
