I ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich...I think the chicken was fried a week ago, and thrown in the fryer to heat it up. After tearing the chicken apart, there was maybe a piece that was 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch that wasn't chard, fried than refried. Two meals for $25. that were not eatable, nope, we won't be spending our money there - EVER again!Too bad, Hardee's used to be pretty good on the fast food scale! ?

Bring back the thick burger. Staff gets your order wrong had a horrible attitude. And instead of correcting the order they call the police...... who made them correct the order and give me a refund. Don't know what he said to them but I got my order remade and my money back.

I got 2 tacos for my husband. I had no idea they were MINI tacos! My ham and cheese sandwich was very good. The large order of fries were hot. She made them fresh for me, but it wasn't a very large order.

I was the only one in line and ordered then 2 other cars came behind me and ordered. I ordered 3 cheeseburgers and 2 fries. I sat and waited at the window for 10 mins than they told me to pull up .so then the first car got what it looks like a big bag of whatever and pulled on through it took them another 15mins to bring my food out after they got the 2nd car through . So idk what the deal was but I will never be back to the Hardee's in woodriver IL.
Manager Was very rude, when i called about My messed up order she hung up on me because she didn't like her job!! Where is the hospitality in that!!

Ordered ahead online and even then I still waited 2-5 minutes in the lobby with no one else in line before anyone even acknowledged my presence, then was told a few more minutes wait. After getting home to enjoy the food, found that the fries in my order were not there.It's not worth it to drive back. The floors were sticky in the lobby as well. Seems like no one working there cares.
