Ordered food on app. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru line just to be told they don't have my order but I have the emailed receipt of purchase and it shows on my bank app of them getting there money for the order that never came up on there end. What most likely happened they deleted it off there screen and refused to make the order, so how about looking at my receipt and then making the food. No, that's not good enough for them, so they'll ask you very rudley to get the hell out of there drive thru. Very sad excuses of employment at this facility.

Very rarely get the order right after least the younger ones she was getting my order while texting on the phone it's a joke at night shift
I work at the store you know the difference is now and then the disrespectful they don't care about nothing else I had one of the employees yell at me in the drive through today because they messed up my food and hit one to replace it I even called and told him I was going to come up there and he said yeah we're going to replace your food 2 and I got there and the guy started yelling at me and my aunt Jack in the box is going downhill I justwant my food replaced

Food was missing, called up there upset and the manager Paul was really nice and helpful and offered to replace my whole order even though there was only a couple things missing.
