I've never had a good experience at this restaurant. I come home from work in the middle of the night a lot and stop for food and they gave me spicy chicken strips when I ordered regular, which I can't eat. Then they didn't even put half of the stuff on my supreme croissant. It was literally bread, cheese, ham. Then I place an order on the app for quicker service and they can't hand it to me over the counter, I have to wait in line behind the 5 other cars. Just a terrible restaurant, I've given them the benefits of the doubt 3 times now.

Don't bother coming unless you are going through the drive thru. Waited more than 20 minutes for our food while they processed multiple orders in the drive thru. The restaurant was extremely hot and the tables were not

It's rare that this location gets a drive through order correct! I'm not usually one to leave reviews or complain but seriously. We will be checking everything before pulling away for any future orders we may place there.

Food is usually pretty good, but the last few times we have been there, the food was cold/tasted reheated. Tacos tasted stale and have there burgers gotten smaller? The only thing that was fresh was the egg

As a business owner and new resident to the area, I do not take reviews lightly. In fact, if I'm compelled to write a review, the situation must've presented a serious breakdown in professionalism. I do plan to escalate my concerns to the owner of this location.I get it - working any holiday or important day can pose many challenges, but the person who took my order & worked the window on Christmas around 2-3pm was not only unprofessional, but seemed to lack common decency.From the minute I placed my order, the worker was not only rude, but before I could even complete my order and tell them what drink I would like with my order, they attempted to conclude my order without see what I wanted to drink. Once I mentioned that my last meal came with a drink, the worker snapped back with, "well, what do you want?" My wife, who wasn't particularly paying attention while I ordered, even heard the response from the worker. Once at the window, the worker's attitude continued.We checked our bags and thought we had everything, but noticed that we were missing a few items. I pulled into the parking lot and my wife went inside to rectify the issue.Once inside, my wife explained what we were missing, and the worker who was at the window continued with their unprofessional and rude behavior. Even suggesting that my wife was not being truthful about the items we were missing. The MOD accommodated my wife and rectified the issue. As my wife walked out the door, she was called a b****. I hardly think that was necessary to settle two medium orders of curly fries & onion rings.Again, I can't imagine that working on an important day is ideal for many people, but courtesy doesn't cost a dime.

Ask for light sauce on my tacos and they put extra sauce order regular fries and get more curly than regular and fries always cold. Wood River il Jack in the box never gets it

I always order online, but when I go to pick up my order I always find that something is missing, whether it's sauces, or tacos are missing, or the burgers are missing some ingredient or even burgers are missing, I think the employees are very lazy or they just don't care the

This particular establishment is five stars of greatness. The staff members all display EXCELLENT communication skills and public relations, especially Skylar. They all make sure your experience is nothing but awesome. This establishment is accurate, punctual, and pleasing. The building is well maintained and clean. Kudos ? to the excellent workers that care more about customers and work than waiting for the shift to end! Thank you.Kid-friendliness: Kids love to eat here

I'm opinion about Jack has completely changed. I only through after 10 pm. But there is this shorter dark hair girl that works the window. She's the best worker they've had in years!!!! She's very polite and repeats my order then MAKES SURE SHE CHECKS MY BAG ?️. so I just want to say thank you because I can actually go to Jack again without any issues. You rock girl!!!!
