I quit going here, used go here often the cussing, loud music and constantly messing up our orders was a lot but seeing the staff eating from the table our food came off is over the top, im fed up. They don't even wash their hands when coming out of the bathroom grose!! What ac shame

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch no chicken called up there lady said she remembers making my sandwich and that she put chicken on it, i told her im not looking for free food i just wanted what i ordered she proceeded to tell me the chicken is on there, look went thru 9:04pm got home 9:57pm, yall closed at 10pm. I come there alot, and just saying im a lier and that it's on there, keep your sandwich credit i wont be back rude people don't deserve good business.

Although the food is good, there is so much cross-contamination going on. I saw employees never change their gloves, never wash their hands, touch their faces, touch oven handles, touch bread for new sandwiches all while wearing the same gloves and touching lettuce, Meats, tomatoes, cheese etc.... It seems as though retraining should be done.

Placed an order for delivery today online and I was waiting a little longer than expected. Wouldn’t really think anything of it. My daughter opened the door and my food is sitting outside on the ground. I called the restaurant. I talk to the manager. The manager asked the delivery driver did you knock on the door he say I rang the doorbell and I knocked and I said the doorbell doesn’t work. He did not knock all of my windows are open in my house and I’m sitting here waiting for my food. The manager never apologized. He said the only thing he Could do is tell him to knock harder next time. This is very unacceptable. I don’t even know how long my food was sitting out there. Nobody never knocked, and that has never happened to me and I order often. Poor customer service.

Swung by the drive thru at 7:30pm tonight and sat there for 10 mins, no answer. Another car ended up turning around. I ended up leaving. I saw the worker inside and his back was away from the drive thru window so I couldn’t even flag him down. Get it together!

I stopped off and got a number 15, which was the tuna with no tomato. Everything was right on the sandwich, but the sandwich was hard as a rock trying to eat it. You people have got to step up a little bit if you’re gonna charge what you charge for a sandwich. Service was great atmosphere was great. The food was awful. Our store orders from Jimmy John’s a lot and usually we have great results, Bread it’s supposed to soft

Cubano had 2 pieces of ham and 2 strips of bacon but also about 2 gallons of mustard. Like I can't think of a reason there would be this much mustard except if it was intentional. Not sure what I did other than order a sandwich. The guy taking the order was clearly upset for some reason. Sighed multiple times while I was ordering. Italian night club had a tablespoon or so of lettuce, no mayo, no onions, and two paper thin pieces of cheese. Dude I paid like $23 for this.

Went to stop there and I was told that they can’t take my order for another 10 min due to shift change. So you’re telling me you don’t have at least one staff member on the clock at all times ? That makes no sense unless you close down for everyone to take lunch at same time.

The turkey sandwich had 1 piece of turkey that was sliced so thin it was breaking in pieces and was practically see through. There was more cheese on the $10.91 sandwich than meat. This has happened more than once at this location. If the business is trying to save money during tough economic times, they need to find a different way than only providing paying customers with bad product.
