When you ask for a sub it shouldn't look like they took the mayo bottle and squeezed it on the wrapper instead of the sandwich itself. Too many times this has happened and it because all the people working, are walking around like zombies like they do not care about customers or their job for that matter. I'm done eating here after today. Too many kids these days not having a good work ethic or even having the common courtesy to care about their job.

I eat a JJ 5 times a week and this will be the last. I asked for easy turkey and got double. When I asked if prices went up the lady checking me out said “ I don’t know I haven’t been here.” Got my order and realized it was double turkey. This is the 4th time in 10 visits my order has been messed up. If I’m paying 10 bucks for a sandwich the least they can do is not mess it up 40% of the time. Another visit I heard a worker make fun of me because I didn’t want the pickle chips but had a free reward for chips and got the original instead. Instead of confronting him I just got my food and left. I’ll be packing my lunch from now on

Best Jimmy John’s around! Very hospitable, always gets my order right, always friendly! Shout out to Ethan who works there, he even ran my sand which out so I didn’t have to go through the tight drive through! He should get a raise!

Way better than Alton !!!!Whoop. I love Jimmy John's, and after dealing with the Alton store, I was fed up with the nonsense and just can find other places to eat. I stopped by the Wood River location on my way to Edwardsville last night only because of convenience of location and was really pleased with them their svc their speed and quality of the food. Thank you, Wood River Jimmy John's. I still will not Order from the Alton location again !!! But atleast I know where one is that I will. Jimmy John's needs to get a handle on their Alton location.

I went here a few weeks ago for lunch and it was quite the struggle. It was a little before lunch time so there wasn't a rush of people yet. I went through the drive through because there were only 2 cars in front of me. I ended up getting stuck in the middle of the drive through with multiple cars behind me and couldn't exit. Overall it took about 25-30 minutes to get through the drive through. I'm not sure if they were understaffed but the people in front of me only ordered 2 sandwiches and I only ordered 1 and it took about 20 minutes for just me and the car in front of me to get from the order speaker to the window. Hopefully next time will be better but it was definitely not "freaky fast"

They can't get your order correct even if its placed online spelled out in front of them. Since having covid I can't eat lettuce..so I ask for NO lettuce the past few times ive been. Every single time it has lettuce on it. Not to mention they're definitely not "freaky fast" anymore.
