They are constantly making my iced mocha without mocha sauce and then they say they’re gonna put my name in the book and when I come through to get my free drink that they messed up on, they act confused and rude . And one lane is always blocked.

We orderd 2 large fries monday evening they had way to much salt we couldnt eat them it taste like they poured 1/2 salt shaker on them you need to cut back on the salt way to much.

Ordered food through door dash. Didn’t receive anything but the drinks. There’s a huge sticker on the front of the bag that shows what is supposed to be in it and they have to check it before sealing it up. Somehow they missed 40 nuggets, two large fries, a burger and sauces. Bag came completely sealed……

Asked for a filet o’ fish, got a McChicken patty instead. Everything else was fine, except for this one.
I have never had an issue with food. But the service is awful. Granted I only go through the drive through and the 2 lady's at the first window are great. It's the people at the second window who are rude. They don't say hi, ask if you need anything or more less look at you they basically throw your food at you and shut the window on you.

They brought our food out to another car and the lady told them that she dug through it and then they still tried to give it to us i work in food service they're supposed to remake it not try to give you food someone else's grubby hands dug all over waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes i'm outraged
