Guaranteed this is the worst papa John’s I’ve ever gotten food from. Food was barely even warm like they just say it on the counter for DoorDash. It also took almost 2 hours to even get my food. The manager was 0 help when I called. I’ll never order from here again.

Nasty. Ordered 70 dollars worth of pizza. All of them were raw. bread sticks were cold. I called to get a refund I even offered to bring the pizzas back so they could see that they were all raw dough. I was told no refunds because we had it delivered. Now what difference does that make? And the manager laughed at me when I called a second time to get this issue resolved why is it funny to have a customer spend 70 dollars on raw dough pizza and ask for a refund.

Ordered a large, thin crust, sausage pizza. It had 10 pieces of sausage. Several slices had one piece of sausage. We were very disappointed as Papa John's is a favorite of ours.

Not my normal go to for pizza. But I downloaded the app and tried to create an order.. No such luck… I had all kinds of tech issues. (App would never complete my registration). From some of the other reviews I guess I am lucky in never got it to work. Ohh well lol
Had ordered delivery. A 2L soda was included. Instead of PapaJohn’s delivering, DoorDash delivered. And when I received my order, it wasn’t what I ordered. Very disappointed. I ordered through the PapaJohns site, I’m not a fan of DoorDash after a dasher lost it and completely cursed me out just because they were having a bad day. I made a choice to never use DoorDash again so to have a dasher deliver is not okay. I’ll not be returning. Any other pizza place would be better.

For a brand new store that doesn't look very busy it's a shame I had to wait to be acknowledged about my doordash order.
If he would of acknowledge me properly manager or not, he would of not only gotten a food review but possibly a tip just for being nice.
Drivers get hungry too.
Oh and I've seen papa johns crew eat while working. I don't need the attitude that I'm working, I'm to eat later.
The guys attitude switched in like 5 seconds. Red flag.

The number of times I've waited to pick up orders at these stores, I think a driver purchasing one small item is not that big of a deal.
