Poor management and poor customer service. I will not be going back to that pizza hut. I used to work for Godfrey pizza hut and never had to deal with such a rude manager.

Good place to eat, order occasionally. It’s frustrating they refuse to deliver to Hartford yet the deliver to south roxana. Then they say it was changed where they will deliver to Hartford if I call. I then called to order on March 14th and was told they aren’t supposed to and the manager said they’ve been doing against the bosses wishes the whole time. Make up your minds. Especially when Pizza Hut is my go to for pizza and I have to get out every time I want some. I don’t have a car at the moment to just get up and go.

Ordered tonight for delivery After I got the notification my food was on its way it was still 20 minutes The delivery girl was coughing all over all over our food The food was just awful a complete waste of $$ The bread tasted like it was made with dirty water

7/18/19 @ 6pm ...Just went and picked pizza up carry out and those guys are sweating all over the food...which isn't their fault...the owner needs to keep it cool in there so we are not eating sweat as a pizza topping....gag

We ate in and ordered a medium Italian sausage and onion pan pizza. Pizza was good, service was good and the price was reasonably priced.
