Worst experience. Went to pick up pizza and cashier acted like she did not want to be there. Flat and not friendly at all. Got home. Wrong pizza. Called the store. Manager rude and denied that it was the wrong pizza. She said I wasn't charged. I ordered a pan pizza. If they didn't know they messed up, why wasn't I charged. The manager even put me on hold in the middle of conversation. No I'm sorry I have to.place you on hold. I called back and the next manager was even ruder. I want the owner to call me back about this experience.

I ordered pizza through the Pizza Hut app waited 45 minutes a door Dasher delivered me the wrong order. I called the store they were rude it was an employee she kept saying let me go get my manager and then she'd come back on the line like the manager was too busy to talk to me but the employee said we'll remake the order and have it out to you soon as we can another 45 minutes went by already complained to corporate. I'm just saying if you order from Pizza Hut be expected to have delivery issues

Wife and I ordered a pizza 1-29-25 at about 4;10. Lady that took order and delivery driver was polite and on time. Pizza was about the worst we have ever had except for dominoes, they really suck ! What has happened to the pizza business, greasy, no flavor, and not fit to eat. We threw it out, another lesson learn. Will not do that again. I remember when pizza hut served delicious pizza. So sad !
