This is absolutely unacceptable. My sandwich had a rodent inside the sandwich I saw cockroaches inside the glass and a worker gave me a terrible attitude and starting swearing at me! Never again will I be coming back and I advise all of you to not either! Management didn’t do anything about it when I complained. When I complained about the Roaches, They told me that it was normal and they will find a way out eventually! someone call the health department on this place.

It is 7:15 PM right now came by here to get a sandwich while driving down the highway And the restaurant is close The hours say they're supposed to be open online it says they're open but yeah people got to go hungry pathetic

Wife is sick so I went to pick up some sandwiches. There was not a single person in line when I got there and right away the young, heavy set, blonde girl gave me attitude. The whole time she made the sandwiches she just threw stuff together very sloppily and acted as though I just ruined her entire day. I attached some photos just to show what we got and especially when sandwiches are over $10 a piece, this is unacceptable. Hopefully management or ownership will see this as to save anyone else from dealing with her and her attitude.

Everytime I go to this subway, I have a bad experience. Always an excuse as to why they can't use rewards, get mad when you ask about it. They through the ingredients on, so when you get your sandwich it's falling apart. The one right outside of the subway is so much nicer and organized

Mobile orders are completely ignored until there is no line. So don't bother making your order in advance to save time. You will still be put off till they have no other orders in store.
When to grab a sandwich and only had a ten in pocket want a drink but did not have the money. The gave me a 50% off and got what I want. So kind !!

Staff didnt know how to properly fix the subs or didnt care my sub was not even wrapped all the way and they put all three of them into the same bag smashing them all together no napkins they seemed to think it was funny.

The worst customer service ever!! Hailey messed up my sandwich, she first put Buffalo sauce on my sandwich when we asked for BBQ and instead of her being honest she looked to her co-worker and started to laugh and make fun of the situation. Afterwards we asked nicely for her to make a new sandwich and she denied doing it intel we told her that we saw her do it. She then became very rude and said they ran out of chicken, went to the back to get some and came out with no gloves on. After we walked away they started to laugh about it. We are very disappointed and will never be going back there again. Not to mention my sandwich was opened when given to me the first time
