The food was super good ,but there was a lady working that was being super hateful to the boss for no reason .I think if that lady wants to continue to act like that she shouldn't have a job .You just don't treat people that way , especially people as nice as her.Also,It's a very clean store

I love this place but I really watch the crew when servicing the customers, they don't change out their gloves when going from one customer to the next, even after checking them out. It's not good to do this, cross contamination. I just ask them to please change their gloves, they do.

Definitely one of if not the cleanest and nicest subways ever, man at the counter super nice, bathroom was basically spotless. Food was great, definitely a great place to go if you're a tradesperson on the road with nowhere good to go that's quick.

3 out of 3 times now when my family orders subway through door dash the order clearly shows to toast the subs. All 3 times now the subs show up soft and un toasted. I’m guessing to save them time. The first time I thought, dang.. but ok. The last time and this time it happens just ticked me off. Do the job or find another one. 2 out of 5 stars for the service. The only reason it’s not 1 out of 5 is because the ingredients were all there. -3 stars for not following a normal and basic instruction.

This subway is by far my favorite in the local area. The afternoon crew are always ready to help & the owner I believe works along with his crew. They have this place running well & prices aren’t too bad either. Cheapest subway I’ve been too compared to Walmart & east alton locations. The night shift I’ve been stopped in a few times late after work & the woman & young man working at night are always friendly & super helpful. Plus this location accepts coupons!Kid-friendliness: Staff is always nice to the children in the store & even going above & beyond to make sure the kids enjoy making their subs.Parking: Plenty of parking up frontWheelchair accessibility: Easy access for anyone with a wheelchair

This subway....... the one outside of Walmart by gamestop.... is the cleanest , best service, best food. Best all around. They greet you immediately when u walk in making u feel comfterble right off. And the service is by far excellent. Great employees clean store! Thank you subway!

I went in with a coupon, 2 footlongs for 12.99, my first sandwich choice was the steak and cheese, i was informed the steak and cheese was not available with the coupon, so i ordered an all American club and a meatball sandwich, when the employee rang up the sandwiches it came to 16 dollars and some change, i asked her about the additional charge she said the all American club was not available for the coupon price, (which she should have mentioned up front like she did with the steak and cheese) she would have to ring it up as a turkey and cheese plus bacon, she pointed at a man behind the counter with her and said you can talk to him about it, i was on my lunch break i didn't have time to negotiate a price for my lunch, i left the sandwiches on the counter and walked out, so instead of making 12.99 they made nothing, if you are not going to honor coupons you need to put a large sign up. You would think they would be happy selling 2 footlongs for 12.99, instead they lost a customer over 2 dollars. I won't be going back and it'll surprise me if they stay in business for much longer with ownership like that.

I walked in There we’re NO employees to be seen. I waited 5 minutes before someone came out of the back room after I had to knock on the employee door. I ordered 2 footling sandwiches to find out at checkout they do not honor their own coupon because it was buy one get one free. Why send out coupons if your not going to honor them?Very disappointed I will not be back to that store!
