It’s insane to me that I can get in this line every time and whether there’s one car, or 10 it’s going to take an hour every time. There is zero urgency. Orders are always wrong. If you have time to waste go sit in this drive thru line.

This location is the absolute worst Taco Bell within a 60 mile radius. Time and time again they never fail to mess up my order. No matter what time of day or what day it is they can’t seem to get it under control. Bethalto Taco Bell is 10x better!!

This store is extremely rude to Dashers for DoorDash and they’re extremely rude about the DoorDash orders that they are preparing. They refused to make an order over again for a DoorDasher who had their assigned order stolen. Then they complained about the items they were making for the doordash. They called the customer lazy, essentially, for only ordering two items. They were extremely unhelpful and rude.

Had a mobile order for inside. Doors were locked so I had to wait in a literal hour long drive thru line. Order was supposed to be ready at 4:49pm and it’s now 5:30pm and I’m stuck in this line. This is not okay, this is not worth the time wasted for a $20 order. If there is a long line there, DO NOT GO.

Legacy
There is no reason people should have to wait in the drive-thru for over an hour when they were third to begin with. The line was wrapping all the way around the building, multiple people leaving(I don't blame them,) and every person that pulled to the speaker was waiting for 15 minutes minimum.

They said they were closed after they welcomed us, it wasn’t until we started ordering that they said they were closed. Taco Bell is the only fast food place I eat at, but would not recommend wood river’s location until these problems are fixed

I am so sick of this place. Its always something. This is the problem fast food places allowing people who don't know what they're doing to franchise a restaurant. I just went through the drive through at 12:02AM and the lady very rudely just screamed that they closed at midnight. What taco bell in the whole world closes at midnight? What happened to "fourth meal?" Bethaltos so much better.

Even after going inside and talking to the worker making my food, they still got it wrong & forgot something else I ordered also putting stuff I didn't order on my food.
I went through at 10:15 pm and they said they were closed due to short staff. It takes 2 people so that means someone is in there alone? Plus why didn't the app tell me they were closed when I ordered.

The lady running the drive thru was more concerned about telling all the customers inside that it’s gonna be 25-30 min because the manager won’t send more help. Very negative and also stated I will leave this place a wreck. I got 3 crunchy tacos and nachos and cheese the cheese cup was not even half filled and tacos were all broke up
