Staff was great with some of the best customer service I have experienced at a fast food restaurant. The food quality was sub par. Ingredients did not seem fresh so that brought the entire experience down.Parking: Lots of convenient parking in a well maintained lot.

Every time I’ve ordered here there has been something missing from my order. There also seems to be a staffing issue here because it is never busy and even as the only car in the drive they it still takes them 20 minutes to complete the order (which is always wrong). I love Taco Bell but I may have to go out of my way to the next closest one because this location is terrible

I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience here. Between not giving sauces, food that’s barely warm, and if it is warm it tastes like it’s been under a heat lamp for 2 hours. Missing items. Just do yourself a favor and go to the East Alton location.

Tried to order a classic combo and a build your own combo at the Wood River location I was told by Johnathon they could only be ordered on line and they could not make them at store level . So ordered 2 combos on the order board paid $19+. Wasn't offered sauce or what size drink just given a large . My wife called the store because the Edwardsville store let's you order those combos without going on line. Johnathon said he was in a rush and to busy to talk . 1/6/24 ,5:28pm order 8b7fbe or 217 cashier Angelina total $ 19.18. Dont understand if ordered on line they have to make them at the store level so product is available. Don't know if Edwardsville is a different Franchise owner or the same. Disappointed ?.

They need to bring back there old menu from the 90s and bring back there taco salads and when I order the food it's always sloppy when I open the
I came tonight and watched a gentleman make my food with his bare hands. He used the same hand to grab the meat , cheese , lettuce and vegetables. I will never return to this disgusting establishment again. Of course he had an attitude and didn’t apologize for being disgusting .

Not only is the staff extremely rude but they don’t practice food safety at this location. You’re better off making the food yourself instead of endangering yourself and your children .

Not only has my order almost ALWAYS been wrong, they also barely ever put anything in the items I order. For example, I ordered a side of rice and there was barely enough rice.. oh and my favorite one! They put my side order of rice into a tortilla! lovely! This place is ran by idiots, never do I ever feel the need to write a review like this but it’s actually disgusting how terrible the service has been. This location needs new management and new employees. Do not go here unless you want to wait 5+ minutes to get your order taken, if you want barely any food, and if you want them to mess up your order (they always do) if you’re in wood river it might be faster for you to go to the east alton location ?

Out of all the Taco Bell in this area, I recommend the Wood River location. Fast service, friendly atmosphere and clean environment. Wheelchair accessible. Food is very fresh and hot.
