The Pump House Bar & Grill

Delicious food, quick wait staff, and good prices. I was very impressed with the staff and how productive and organized they were. Very reasonable prices. We bought 2 meal, 2 apps, 1 alcoholic beverage, and a soda for only $50.

50 cent wings special starts at 2 pm, and I could only eat 10! They were large. Reasonable prices.

I was very disappointed, $27.00 for burnt steak and over cooked potatoes, returned steak was replaced with under cooked. Requested go box and had to have another server get me one since my server decided to wait on other guests. Which was weird because we had a server that attended guest on both sides of me yet we got a server who was tending bar and taking orders at tables across the restaurant from us. I must say I was totally disappointed and will never return there.

I don’t know what going on at the Pump house but things seem to be heading south. During the last several visits the service has not been good, especially if you’re not sitting at the bar. I’m sure they don’t have enough help like everywhere else. The steak I had this evening was luke warm at best. It looked like it had been setting on the counter at the grill for quite a while before it was brought out to our table. It’s probably time to start spending our money somewhere else.
