Wendy’s is the absolute best .I placed an order on DoorDash .Wendy’s accidentally forgot to put the tenders that my grandmother and I ordered in there .My grandma called Wendy’s and not only did they own up to not putting them in there ,they fixed the issue and sent us a few extra strips and fries .I applaud and appreciate Wendy’s for doing this for us .Thank you so much for helping us when DoorDash didn’t do anything

Horrible service. I could hear the laughter of the employees inside because I asked why was the dining room NOT open to the public. The hours are clear to open at 9 in the door. They laughed it off at 9:55am today Veterans’ Day 2025. Feeling scammed by this Location. I will never come here again.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was poor and completely unimpressive — it lacked flavor and the ketchup tasted like it had been sitting out too long and expired. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality. On top of that, the atmosphere was dirty and uninviting. Bathrooms were dirty and looked disgusting. It’s clear that cleanliness and customer satisfaction aren’t priorities here. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal.

Theywoulnt take money so we left from Lichfield, so then we went to Wood River, and they, we're not open which aggravates us? We had to go to the window instead of being in. I'm not sure what is going on. They should've been opened by now, but they did have good food. I got A chicken bacon croissant, and it actually had Maple on it most of the ones that we go to don't have no Maple on it. It's irritating. I'm getting tired of Wendy's. They're never open. That's actually against the ball because they are supposed to have a bathroom for the public.

I get off work and stop at Wendy's just to be greeted with attitude and then proceeded to get disrespected wasn't told my total amount due so when I got to the window the lady was acting like I was stupid and had more attitude just to top it off they didnt give me a receipt plus got my order wrong and by the time I got home it was already to late to go back breakfast is now over so I want to talk to some higher ups or something cause im not going to be spending my hard earned money just to get the wrong food...

Went there order 44.05 worth of food the girl at the widow recorded my order correct got home every hamburger was wrong when I went back up there a young man asked me do you want us to make them over duh no I just wanted to show you yes I want them made over then the lady came up and asked if something was wrong with my meal I told her and she told the guy yeah that’s my bad what ever happen to good service I don’t know

The coldest and oldest food I have been served. Very disappointed. Workers just doing nothing.
Burgers weren't even fresh, patties were dry. Fries were barely warm. Only waited couple minutes for food. Food must have been already cooked. I noticed a gentleman came in after us and barley had his drink and was already saying his order was ready. Could not have cooked that food so fast. Will not be back.
