I go there every morning for a maple bacon chicken croissant picked it up the other morning it had chicken bacon and croissant but it was the driest sandwich I ever had I think they forgot the maple when I pulled up to the speaker the lady on the end of the speaker said what do you want I don't know what is going on with this business something needs to change almost $5.50 for a sandwich and they can't make it fresh

Every time I am in Wood River area…I have to go to this Wendy’s! The manager runs a friendly, efficient, & clean establishment. I have never eaten here & not been 100% satisfied!! Best fast food in the area! And, I live in Edwardsville!

Went through the drive thru and ordered their new breakfast burrito. What a disappointment. I was the only customer at the time. The woman at the window took my card...handed me a bag and my drink...handed back my card, closed the window and walked away...not so much as a kiss my grits.The tortilla wasn't warmed and was torn. It was loaded with bacon...burned bacon. But, surprisingly, it wasn't warm enough to melt the American cheese.It looked a mess and unfortunately, didn't taste much better than it looked.I like Wendy's but for the money I'll go back to the Taco Bell breakfast box.

I went through the drive through and wanted to order an apple pecan chicken salad with a fresh chicken breast, because the last time I ordered this salad from this location the chicken was extremely hard and dry. The worker informed me that they can't drop the chicken fresh because they "already made it" and when i explained my poor experience from the last time, she said we cant drop it fresh. I worked at wendys for 5 years and I know that those chicken timers are like 30 minutes before you are suposed to get rid of it. It blows my mind that wendys in general promises fresh food but when I asked for it I was denied. I don't know how day shift is, but don't come here during night shift. Your food will not be fresh, especially the grilled chicken

Have you ever had three employees and one manager stare at you through the window and none of them listen to a word you said? If not, Wendys may be able to change that for you. State they take apple/Google pay, but this likely depends on if they know where the nfc is on your device. If they don't, and you try to help by telling them where on the phone to touch for it to work, they will argue with you and dismiss anything you try saying. Go to McDonald's instead like we did, where if they do happen to do it wrong, they will atleast listen to the customer.

Tried Wendy's breakfast for the first time today. Got the maple bacon chicken croissant combo. The potatoes were decent. The croissant is more like a bun. Didn't seem to be warmed up, but just pulled out of a bag. Overall the food was decent. I did a mobile order which is cool because they usually have good offers on the app. The girl at the window was rude. Didn't greet me or anything, just took my card and then pretty much shoved my food at me and then handed me my drink. All without saying a single word. I thanked her, told her have a nice day and nothing. Just closed the window. I'll be back because the biggie bag is one of my go to's but hope they work on their customer service.

They do need to update their hours on Google for the drive thru service hours, according to Google the Drive Thru closes at midnight but the website says 11 as Dine In. Needs to be the same as the website thanks.

On the few occasions that I purchase fast food, I seen that Wood River, Il Wendy's was on the list to honor veterans (on Veterans Day) with discounts or free meals. Apparently this location didn't get the memo. The employee that I was dealing with knew nothing about Veterans Day or what ever specials were going on. I'm sure this person was to busy playing on their phone than working. No more Wendy's for me.

The girl at the drive thru window was very rude! She needs to learn how to provide good customer service or gain knowledge on how to refund a product they don’t have or at-least offer something else with the same value. Also, thanks for the cold chili and old fries..
