I recently stopped in because I truly love Arby’s sandwiches. I was happy to see the Cordon Bleu meal on the menu. I began to place my order and requested no ham (due to my beliefs) but to replace with turkey and initially was told I could not. Then immediately after was told I would have to pay for the substitution (which at other locations I haven’t always been required to do so) but, I agreed. During the process the person taking my order stopped to assist someone else. When he realized the other customer needed to order something additional he returned to me for the completion of my order. My order was brought to me as dine in when I expressed it was “to go” …then is when I noticed my sandwich was not made as requested so I brought it to the staff’s attention. At that point I was charged additional for the turkey I originally requested by a member of management. I’m actually fluent in Spanish and I listened as they spoke during the process…I will not disclose all that was said. Therefore I felt the need to make this review for a chance for better service to the next patron that visits here.

I had a craving for Arby’s curly fries so I decided to stop here for lunch. I ordered the smokehouse brisket meal, buffalo chicken slider, and jalapeño roast beef slider. Curly fries were still good. Buffalo chicken slider was okay. It was cooked all the way but it wasn’t juicy. The jalapeño roast beef slider was very decent. The smokehouse brisket was meh. The crispy onion strings were not crispy, they were kind of soggy. The brisket was not tender enough. Service was very friendly. The tables looked clean.

We went in for lunch, and we ordered a French dip meal for my husband and a Reuben meal for me. Ultimately, we ended up throwing out most of our meal. After I grabbed the first fry, a spider crawled out of the pile of fries. We threw those out, and another small winged insect was hanging out near my sandwich after I unwrapped it. I don't know if it came out of the sandwich or just flew by but either way, I was done. We let the team members know and they didn't really react, but we decided to leave and not bother with a refund request. Just a warning to not return to this location. Ew.

Great food pickup experience. Short waiting time - 5 minutes.
Those darn poppers have got me. Maybe one of the best sides in all of fast food. I get them instead of a sammich with a Jamocha Shake, and Im a happy guy. Abundanza!

It was my second time eating at an Arby’s and it was much better the second time. Fernando was so kind and was able to suggest the apple turnover. My beef and cheddar was tasty. It was clean and calm in the restaurant.

Great Reuben sandwich, but I'm seeing in these comments that the high price could have been reduced if I had a coupon. Would be fantastic if the guy at the register would have told me about the coupon and how to obtain it, as over $7 is high for the sandwich.
