Shrinkflation prevents me from eating at Arby’s. Small portions of meat, piled on one side of the bun, with the sauce elsewhere on the bun 🤦♂️ Jamoca shakes that are only half mixed! Only way to get a decent portion is to pay extra!
The place is always clean and the workers are always friendly and polite. Love the food here, hubby loves the roast beef sandwiches. I love the jalapeño poppers but they have become half the size they use to be for the same price. This is ridiculous, if ur going to make the item smaller either lower the price or give double the item.
Really disappointed. Paid $20 for a "large" shake, chicken nuggets, and a half pound sandwich. Didnt even fill me up. I measured the sandwich, and it was less than 7ozs. So disappointed in the size portions Arbys is now giving out. Used to be my favorite fast food.

So nice to go to. They are quick and friendly. Food is always good and warm. Had the french dip. Oh my gosh they are so good. Potato cakes are so good. Glad to have them back even if for a little while.
I have a physical problem at the present time, where I cannot walk easily. Your employee went out of her way to help me & my friend -who had a walker. She was friendly and efficient.
To Arbys corporate.. please dont make the potato cakes a one time thing. The only reason why some people eat arbys is the potato cakes. . Too many people enjoy those. Bring them back full time.

Really? You forgot to put the Cheddar on a beef and cheddar sandwhich?? Just how, how do you forget that, how does that happen? I'm more confused than disappointed. Didn't want the sandwhich after that, but the mozzarella sticks were okay and my milkshake was amazing. 2 Stars. Will rate higher if you put all of the ingredients on my sandwhich next time

Bit disappointed that my sandwich was "plain". A pickle slice would have been a great accompaniment. But there was Arby Sauce; & Horsey Sauce, which l was not offered or given
