I just tried the king Hawaiian brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich....OMG so good!!! I heard great things about it and wanted to try it myself....best sandwhich ever. It's a must try. The service was fast and great.

I ordered over $30 for pick up. While they did a great job of providing the Arby’s sauce as requested, I asked for no Swiss cheese on the mini beef sliders. There is no where on the app to make a note for an allergy either so that isn’t helpful. Well they put the cheese on there anyway n I had to peel it off the best way possible. I still had a reaction. N Benadryl was my best friend that night. Also, the two beef n cheddar sandwiches ordered were so smashed it looked like someone sat on them before they were put in the bag. The green mint shake ordered, was soup when I got it, had to be put into the freezer for an hour to bring it back to life. Won’t be ordering through the app ever again.

Mobile order through Uber eats. You put my reciept on the wrong bag so I was delievered the wrong food. Uber eats only refunded me part of the order, because when I went to reorder, the promo originally used was suddenly gone! Customer service told me they couldn't make up the difference because the promo was the restaurant's, so i was only partially returned my money in Uber cash. At this point it's 2 hours later and I haven't eaten dinner, and also out almost $10. For Arby's.There is never more than two cars at this location at a time, how do yall mess this up.

My first Arbys experience. A generously filled sandwich, but the beef was wet and watery, not as tasty as it looked in the picture. Also the sandwich filling was merely warm, not really hot.But to be fair to them, it was the middle of the afternoon so the place was dead. 100% for swift service though.
