I experienced 1 of the most disturbing displays of customer service, on 3/1/2024. The restaurant was probably at less than 25% capacity during this time. I was waiting in the lobby for a DoorDash order when a gentleman began exiting with his family. The family appeared to be Filipino or of related descent.
