This has been a favorite place for lunch and dinner since I was a kid and it was called Pop'n Fresh Pies! It's just a shame there are so few of these left. Food is reliably good, and the pies are always fresh and delicious.

Wow, it's hard to believe such an Icon in pies is down to just 3 locations left. Anyone that has ever had one of their pies knows how great they are, however me and a couple of friends had lunch there as well and it was very very good. I spoke to the manager and he told me that the main cook has been there for 30 frigen years. Keep up the awesome food, pies and service. Thank you for the outstanding experience.Parking: Both of my friends, husband and wife, are in wheelchairs, plenty of disabled spots and the restaurant has plenty of room to navigate them through. Another thing you don't ever see any longer are multiple toilet stalls and urinals. Back in the day all restaurants had adequate facilities, now you're in luck if there are 2 stalls and a urinal. I know it sounds like a petty subject to bring up, but if you're ever in the unfortunate position of mother nature attacking your system, well, you certainly won't have to wait and pray for the best. Awesome restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: See above please.

I would like to know what ever happened to customer service? I called this location today to order lunch to go. I was immediately asked whether I was placing a food order or a pie order and I explained that I would like to order both. I had planned on ordering my lunch and a slice of pie for dessert. However, I was informed that they do not allow pie orders over the phone and that I would have to wait until I get there to pick up my order to place my order for a piece of pie. Are you kidding me??? Since when can you not place an order to go including dessert??? I have never heard of such a thing! I told her that it was a ridiculous policy and that I would order my lunch elsewhere. As much as I love the veggie stirfry pita at Bakers Square and their pie, I can honestly say that I will never call this location again to place an order to go after this. I’ve never heard of such a thing, you can’t order a piece of pie with your to go order? Seriously the worst restaurant policy I’ve ever heard. Especially at Bakers Square, who specializes in PIE!!!

Poor that is all I can say. Second time we cam for pies and they are not fresh. We decided last week and thought we go get the pies and have lunch. Food was just as terrible as the pies. When I do review I am very honest about them.So don't waste your time or money on this Bakers Square

Normally we don’t go out for breakfast at this Bakers Square but today we decided to give it a chance. After we sat down we noticed our waitress was flustered and we waited longer than normal to have our order taken but still we were happy to be spending time together at breakfast so thought nothing of it. We had the feeling that our waitress was overwhelmed because we felt like asking for simple things was “too much” and felt like a burden instead of guests. Our order came out missing items and when we tried to tell our waitress this, she continually ignored us until we got them corrected and by then we just wanted to leave. As senior citizens with chronic health issues I started to have pain in my legs and couldn’t bear sitting down anymore so we wanted to get the check so I could relax in my home and take medicine without being in public. This is where our experience here started to become unacceptable. We go out often to breakfast so we understand the rush of a restaurant but this environment felt chaotic without the restaurant being busy. We were flagging down our waitress so we could get the check and she would glance at us and turn the other way multiple times. It got to a point where we just needed to leave in order to alleviate my pain but we couldn’t do that without paying. Finally we stood up and waited at the register so that we could pay and leave. I stood there so long I couldn’t bear the pain anymore but sitting back down is hard for me and my joints and I just needed help from someone to pay and tip my server. There we had a run around from team members asking who our waitress was and where we were sitting. Gave them all the same answers but for 15 minutes no one could seem to figure out how to get us our check so we could settle it. The manager Chris came to ask what we could be helped with and we told him the same thing and he repeated the same questions back and that he could not help us and that our server needed to give us our check in order for us to leave. I became so frustrated I told him to take my money (which was double what should’ve been the check total) and keep the change because at this point I didn’t care about the money I just needed to get out of there from how much pain I was in. Our waitress came to the front and was clearly in distress and could not figure out what we had ordered or remembered where our check was. This is when I had to tell her exactly what we ordered so that she could write me a new check in that same moment. If only the other members or the manager Chris could have done the same thing 20 minutes ago I could have alleviated my pain sooner and left the restaurant. Instead we had to wait for over 20 minutes to leave an establishment with no professionalism or sense of urgency for their guests. As a manager I felt like Chris did not help me in the slightest and forgot his managerial responsibilities to help the customer when clearly his staff was stressed and overwhelmed and help was needed on both sides. What should have been something that really was NO issue at all became quite the ordeal and I will never be returning to this restaurant because of the way we were neglected and met with unprofessionalism. Have already send email to team for response- review sent from daughters google account dictated by mother.

I experienced 1 of the most disturbing displays of customer service, on 3/1/2024. The restaurant was probably at less than 25% capacity during this time. I was waiting in the lobby for a DoorDash order when a gentleman began exiting with his family. The family appeared to be Filipino or of related descent. It's important to note that no other minority groups were noticeably present in the restaurant outside of myself. The customer was very disappointed and hurt that his family sat for 30 minutes or so without being offered service. He was stern in his delivery when he asked to speak with the representative in this photo. I assume he was a manager or someone in leadership. When the customer advised him of what took place, he threw his hand at the customer in a very dismissive manner and said, "FINE!" suggesting the customer just leave accepting the lack of hospitality. The customer never rose his voice, used foul language, or caused a scene. I just happened to be close enough to hear and witness the interaction. The "manager" even went further to stare the family down in a disgusting expression of intimination and disregard. I believe this to be a clear act of discrimination or terrible customer service to say the least, and it should be considered unacceptable. The customer mentioned on the way out the door, "shame on you", and I agree. Shame on you, Baker's Square, for allowing this type of customer service to be displayed by leadership in a store full of guests while other employees watched.
