Loved the Blizzard. My favorite Turtle Pecan with extra pecans. Visiting family in Bolingbrook, my Great-granddaughter wanted to go to DQ. The young man made my day. My Turtle Pecan With extraaaa nuts hit the spot. Brought back memories.

Super nice clean establishment. Workers are nice and they had some seating which was a plus. They also give a good amount of icecream. Seating was inside and outside.I ordered their Brookie and enjoyed it!

We had an extremely unfortunate experience at this Dairy Queen earlier today. Staff, who looked like high school students, first lacked proper customer service etiquette and were extremely slow. Bigger issue though is the machine to make blizzards was clearly not working, and rather than offer to comp us, they tried spending ten minutes getting the 'custard' out, which clearly was not working. I am very pregnant and did not trust the food quality or sanitation as a result of what I was seeing, and asked that they void my order. Absolutely horrendous experience and they really should have closed the store when they realized they had all these issues. I have no plans to return to this establishment, with so many other better ice cream and custard options around.

The two girls working tonight 3/17, were absolutely horrible and rude. One girl sneezed in her hand while making my ice cream I ordered. It was absolutely disrespectful and gross!!
