First time trying this place. If u like "greasy spoon" joints this is your place. I ordered a jr gyro, a 1/2 order of fries (which is the smallest) and a tiny cup of cheese for fries. My bill was about $9.50. No drink. The gyro was loaded and it was decent. Nothing spectacular. The fries are SUPER skinny. They were super hot and super greasy. Some people might like them like that. I don't but I'm not gonna say they were bad because some might like them like that. For the smallest size I got a ton of fries. It's basically just a dive hot dog joint but again some may like that type of place. Try it you might enjoy it.

Been going to the Woodridge location since 1999 and has always been great food at excellent prices. We feel they have the best value and quality of fried shrimp and gyros. Hope they stay in business for many more years to come. Keep doing an excellent job and we will keep supporting your business.

I just started to work around the area and came across this hole in the wall. Prices are very reasonable. Burger and fries were impressive. I got the quarter pound burger with everything on it and half size fries for under $8. Can't beat that! Probably the best burger around the area, but I have to try more places. I'll take this over fast food chain any day. The burger itself tastes fresh, I was impressed by the generous toppings on the burger. The only thing I would suggest is to even out the toppings throughout the burger. Some of the burger only had the party and buns, while other parts were overfilled with pickles and tomatoes. The fries were spot on, skinny and crunchy like McDs, but seasoned way better. The service was good and fast. You can't go wrong here. I'll be coming here more often. I highly recommend it.

We moved to Woodridge in 1995 and Doggie has been a fave of ours ever since. Always good, fresh food, generous portions and super nice people working. We've used them for catering block parties, family gatherings, birthdays, etc and recommend them to everyone!!!! Our son has even driven from Addison where he now lives because he loves the food so much & nothing around them compares. The owner, Bill is such a nice guy who takes care of the community in many ways. Woodridge owes HIM for all he's done!!!! Check them out, you won't be disappointed :) *****

Service was good - misspoke when ordering hot dogs, but they were fixed quickly and they didn't make me pay extra. Wasn't too busy when I got there, so from when I started my order to getting my food was about 4 minutes. The food itself was alright, but I'm a big fan of the fact that they have RC cola, which has been getting less common. Some of the tables were a bit messy, and I wish they didn't have to have gambling available there, but it's what it is at this point. Probably wouldn't have cared at all about it if I was ordering the food for carryout.
