Stopped for a coffee and chocolate longjohn. Walked to grab napkins & noticed chocolate all over my bag. Pulled out the longjohn & chocolate leaking all over the counter & my hands. It was like watery chocolate came right off the whole longjohn. Couldn't even walk back with it, so dropped it in the garbage slot built into the counter. Walked over to tell the employees what happened, the problem with their chocolate & that I had to throw it away. The person who appeared to be manager just replied "yeah, when it's humid, they send it out of the kitchen like that" no apology, no offer of refund. Would never recommend this location to anyone. Very, very poor customer service.

Went inside Dunkin' the lady with a bun skinny lady took my order I had ordered a medium chai latte and a chai latte with oat milk and brown sugar she began to told me she didn’t have brown sugar. So I told her ok that’s fine instead I wanted a caramel ice coffe with 1 pump of mocha she gaved me the wrong drinks she put the pump of mocha and caramel in the chai latte and she gaved me a caramel latte I told her that she had done the coffe wrong gaved me a dirty face and said she was gonna remake the drinks I wanted 5 min and the only thing she did was take the stickers of and give me the drinks so I taste it and it wasn’t right and I went back and told her this wasn’t my order she got mad and began to tell the other lady how she had remade the drinks and blah blah and that I didn’t even know what I wanted that I had a blanket and I was all covered but worst day at dunkin that lady needs to get train more and fired if she doesn’t understand
