The cashier gave me a small cup for my drink, when the other lady, Carolina, always gives me a medium or large cup. But that wasn't the bad part. She didn't take it from the regular cups by the register. She took it from behind her, by the cooler/refrigerator. After I filled up the cup, I put the only lid that looked like it would fit on it. Well, after I got my food, the soda spilled all over me because she didn't give me the right lid!!! I was very pissed off!!! Then, after I got home,I realized that they gave me the wrong meat. Tge same woman ALWAYS messes it up!!! From now on, IF I go back, I will only go if Carolina is there. The man, who is the manager, isn't very friendly either. And his English isn't very good, either. (Which would be fine, IF they got my order right!!!) I came across the same treatment at another el burrito location. (They always messed something up!!!) Needless to say, I never go there anymore!!!

I stopped by on a Saturday morning for breakfast, and while I didn’t mind being asked to order at the front, it would’ve been nice to know before I sat down. After placing my order, I wasn’t offered chips and salsa, which I did expect…but no big deal... When my food was ready, I had to go pick it up myself instead of having it brought to the table, which felt a bit impersonal. For a minute, I wasn’t sure if I should’ve gone in the back to wash my plate when I was done! On a positive note, the food was actually pretty good. Every business has its own way of doing things, but a little extra hospitality can make a big difference. One last thing—plastic utensils for a full breakfast plate seemed out of place.

Had the taco dinner . It was super good. I always get the tongue burrito. Tonight I had to throw it away. It was super salty. Even putting alot of hot sauce on it the salt still was over powering.

I drive 20 minutes on the expressway from my home to get their steak tacos and burritos. I can't find any place that's comparable near me so it's totally worth the drive. The food travels well and stays warm during the drive home.
