The staff is fine. It's the people coming here that ruin the experience. We came with a party of 6. The waitress was taking our orders and the guys in front of us kept interrupting her after she moved to the next person. Wait your turn. The people next to us decided the chairs were not comfortable, so we missed 10 minutes of the movie while they shuffled chairs up and down the aisle. It's a theatre, not a restaurant or hotel. Been coming to this theater for nearly 16 years. Love the ambience and atmosphere. Service was better in past, today we placed order, recieved and then bill. She never checked on us, asked if we needed anything. Once movie was over I had to seek out someone for a tray. Food was awesome and all prices were fair and expected.
Very unique movie viewing experience! I'm not from the area. It's a mix between a museum and a movie theater. The food was great. The movie viewing experience was OK. We could hear the movie next to us, so that was a little distracting.
