My family which included two elderly family members and two adults with disabilities were treated aggressively when asking for a different table. We have been here many times throughout the years and have never had such a negative experience. We did take into account it was Easter Sunday and that is why we waited an hour in a half for the food. That however does not excuse the treatment by hostile the older man that escorted us to our table.

I thought the older man who I believe was the owner or manager was very rude. We arrived earlier than our reservation and he put us in the bar area. I told him I wanted a table in the dining area. He then took us to this very small booth in the corner that was so tight my family and I could fit because there was no legroom and my son is 6'5. We then was only offered the first table in the bar area. Service was okay. The server did his best but he had several tables to serve. The food was good and came out hot. Overall, it was ok but the manager or owner was very rude.

Busy Easter lunch time and the servers and bus boy's were hustling so fast! The food came very quickly and it was all delicious. Always pleased with Jameson's Charhouse.

The food was great, the waiter was indifferent and rude. He rarely came to the table to check on us. My friend ordered dessert to take home and before I could ask for some...the waiter turned around and left. I will not be going back. The prices are too high as well.

Let me start by saying the service was good. The food, however, is a different story.
Both the French onion and creamy chicken soups were extremely watery as thought they were cut to extend the product.
Our salads arrived absolutely soaked in water to the point that the lettuce was floating. It was not palatable by any means.
I ordered the two three ounce filets medium rare with their peppercorn sauce and rub. She had the same with the parmesean crust. The steaks were cooked perfectly, but the sauces and toppings tasted very old and stale. The peppercorn sauce was bland and lacked any peppery flavor. Her parmesean crust was very hard and was overly full.
I had the loaded mashed, and they broiled the cheese so long you couldn't cut through it with a fork. The potatoes were dry and stale.
Her loaded baked was a little better, but not by much.
Sadly, we both agreed that the complimentary bread was the only part of the meal we enjoyed.
the friday special was fish & chips. thr breading was very hard to cut because it was so hard, i peeled off the breading & ate the fish which was dry, the potato chips had no salt on them. my 2 companions had burgers which they both agreed were almost tasteless,
