We started off by ordering drinks, diet coke with no ice...it came with ice, okay, no big deal. Waitress didn't bother to ask me what I wanted to drink, only my wife. My wife ordered a breast of chicken and got fried chicken, I order a meal with French fries and got coleslaw, my wife asked for mustard and the waitress forgot as she was talking to people in the bar area that wasn't her serving area.

The restaurant is very loud, so you really are raising your voice to hear your dining party. Our food came out at different times after about 45 minutes, for our party of five. The fish was hard as a rock, and the vegan burger was cold. One plate of fries was undercooked, and the other plate was burnt. The vegan burger tasted like it just. And out of the frozen food section. the server was wonderful and took the food back for replacement. None of us ordered any drinks or dessert and our total bill was $150. Definitely not worth the time we spent waiting for food or the quality of food. Again, not the fault of the server, who was extremely apologetic. We would not go back again.

My family and I come here for many holidays over the years and birthdays. We were there last night for a birthday and we found out they do not carry porterhouse or T-bone steaks anymore which was a huge disappointment. I have never been to a steakhouse that does not carry a porterhouse or T-bone. I mentioned it to the waiter and he couldn't seem to care less. I would have at least expected the manager to come by and say hello. I think he was the short man with a vest walking around, because the only thing he did was say goodbye as we were leaving. We also had the waiters assistant who cleans the table grabbing things before we were even finished this guy is always been very aggressive and needs to give people a chance. This used to be our number one place for steak it will not be any longer. I am not sure who made the decision to take those steaks off the menu. SO LONG!

Food average. Potato skins dry. Loaded baked potato was not ready loaded and also dry. Best was our server who was great at checking in on us and busing guys were quick and efficient
Out of 8 people in our party, only 1 person enjoyed their meal. Shrimp were overcooked and hard. 3oz filets served cold. Whiskey Sour drink was made incorrectly. Very disappointed. The quality of food has gone downhill. We paid an average of $50pp and it was not worth it.

Been going here since they opened with great experiences. Last night we had a reservation for 5:30pm. We were seated promptly but did not get our orders taken until 6:35pm. The evening was a disaster. i told the waiter my entree was extremely salty. The recently hired manager (with an extremely heavy accent) came to our table and identified himself as the owner, raised his voice, over talked, and proceeded to tell me it was not salty because the same dish had been served earlier, and I was the first to complain. He then told me he would charge me for the soup and salad which accompanied the entree unless I ordered something different. it was close to 7:30pm by then so I ordered a to-go order which he attempted to charge double the menu price. We will not be back, I've also heard others have experienced his horrible, rude, and condescending behavior. I'm certain they will not come back, as well.

There are new management and new cooks here I was surprised that the appetizer of potato skins was a little bit charred for my taste. Our server Chris was great. She brought them back and gave us new ones. The steaks used to be really flavorful but now that they have new cooks in the kitchen, they were a little bit bland, but the service was wonderful.

I had the London broil with potatoes and it was pretty good! I wasn't a big fan of the bread but the service was great and they had a very friendly atmosphere .
