The most inept staff I have ever seen. They randomly put toppings when you request customizations and omit the actually chosen ingredients. A rip off - especially when you pay more for toppings. Teach your staff that “Extra” means more of something not skipping it.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru, then another 10 minutes at the third window for my frappe, which wasn't even the same one I ordered, these people are incapable of doing their jobs, stay away from this location please!!! Employees are nice though. Service is terrible, especially when im paying way too much money for terrible quality food, and its not even the complete order half the time.

Thank you for reminding me why I don't eat McDonald's anymore. 15 minutes in a short line, then had to wait an additional 5 minutes for my drink at the 3rd window, and the drink wasn't even close to full (glad I paid the additional $2+ for the smoothie)! My sandwich looked like it was tossed across the room, the fries were half empty, and the nuggets were cold as s#$*. Thanks again McDonald's, you rock!

Its a typical McDonalds, BUT, why is their pricing more expensive than other McDonalds in the area? Is it a Woodridge tax or does this franchise raise the prices vs their other McDonalds competitors? It was like at least a dollar more for a breakfast order as compared to the Naperville McDonalds on 75th Street.
