I’ve been working as a delivery driver for over two years, visiting many restaurants daily. Unfortunately, this particular McDonald’s consistently leaves a bad impression — all because of one employee.
She wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I asked for her name — she told me it was Lorenzo. I don’t know how accurate that is.
Lorenzo is repeatedly rude — not just to me, but also to other customers and delivery drivers. I’ve witnessed her speak in a disrespectful and aggressive tone many times.
Today, I arrived and gave her my order code. I was one of the first people there, yet she skipped over me and served several others who came much later. When I politely asked why, she snapped at me, saying things like, “If you want to wait, wait. If not, leave.” I reminded her that I had already given my code 20 minutes earlier, but she responded with the same rude attitude.
If this was the first time, I might have just let it go. But since this has happened repeatedly, I decided to really take my time and write this review. Her behavior was so unpleasant that I ended up canceling my order and leaving.
This is not a one-time issue. This behavior happens repeatedly, and many delivery drivers know about it. I personally try to avoid picking up from this location because of her.
I really hope management takes this seriously. One employee’s attitude can ruin the entire experience and reputation of a restaurant.

Came here during the night shift and have been at the establishment many nights for deliveries. Staff is quite friendly, especially Maria. She is super polite and friendly every time I’ve come here during the overnight shift and lights up the atmosphere. Employees like Maria keep this location running very smoothly and make me look forward to coming here for food deliveries, knowing the staff is accountable. I know night time can be a rush especially on the weekends, but they keep it smooth. Thanks Maria for all you do here !

The gentleman with the glasses that works overnight drive thru has phenomenal customer service. I was highly impressed with his ability to multitask professionally. I hope he’s the manager because he knows how to hold it together.

there is no point in using the mobile at for this store, 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks apparently take 15 minutes to cook. on multiple occasions i’ve been asked to wait in the reserved parking when the line for drive through is short. i recommend seeking out a different location.

Was in the drive thru at 10pm tonight 5/14/25 and the guy that took the orders was awesome. I don't usually leave reviews for drive thru service, but this dude deserves a shout-out for being so very friendly and accurate on the order. I hope he gets some type of recognition because a lot of fast food places you go to these days you're met with attitude like the employees hate every minute there. I'd say the food is standard for McDonald's and can't opine on the atmosphere as we didn't go inside. Please let the employee know. I didn't think about getting his name. Sorry about that.
